Not only does this package include an initial assessment, identification of imbalances and personalized treatment plan, but we educate you on the foundational theories of Ayurvedic medicine to help empower lifestyle choices from a place of understanding.

12 Counseling sessions

To make lasting change takes intention, commitment + support. This is an ideal package for folks who are struggling with specific imbalances or ailments. Includes a thorough assessment and understanding of your natural constitution + imbalances. We will dive into the foundations of Ayurveda with a focus on your area of concern. Sessions may include various healing therapies including herbal support + bodywork.

  • 10 one-hour follow-up sessions

All private sessions are held in Berkeley, CA or via Skype.

Sound healing

Himalayan Singing Bowls have been used to access deep states of meditation, clear energetic blockages in the Pranic body, and offer relief for a broad range of imbalances including psychological depression and physical body pain.
