Together we map out a plan with your intentions and wellness goals. Our sessions are unique to each individual, and often involve a blend of process work, Ayurvedic education, experiential integration. We explore various modalities to nurture your intentions in many elements of your being {physical, emotional, mental, subtle energy body, spirit}. Each session is highly personalized and resources are provided to integrate the sessions into daily life. All sessions are offered virtually via Zoom.

What to Expect
Beginning your Ayurvedic journey is a meaningful step. Here’s a general overview of what our work together might look like:

Our initial consultation is a space for your to share what brings you to Ayurveda.
We’ll begin with a brief overview of Ayurvedic healing to lay the foundation for our work together. Then, we will discuss your mind-body tendencies, any current mind-body health challenges that are occurring.
Consider this a deep dive into understanding your Prakruti (your natural constitution) and Vikruti (current imbalances).

About a week after our initial consultation, I will send you a report of findings. This is a comprehensive overview of your Prakruti (Natural Constitution), Vikruti (current imbalances) and recommendations for your health.

In our first follow up session, we’ll review the report of findings in depth. This is a space for you to get to know aspects of yourself through the lens of Ayurveda and have all questions about the report of findings clarified.
Together, we’ll pull from the recommendations to create a plan that feels aligned for your lifestyle.

We’ll continue to meet on a cadence that feels supportive for you. In each session, we’ll dive deeper into teachings of Ayurveda, how current practices are impacting your whole being (mind, body and heart), and process the change that is unfolding in your life.
These sessions are often a blend of Ayurvedic eduction, somatic inquiry and self-reflection, process work and mindfulness practice.
Over time, you’ll begin to notice subtle yet meaningful shifts — greater self-awareness, emotional ease, and a deeper sense of alignment with yourself. You will develop a toolkit of resources that help you tend to your wellbeing from a holistic perspective and learn to attune to what your whole body needs throughout the shifting seasons of your life.

Ultimately, this is your personal preference, as Ayurveda is an individualized system of healing. That said, I recommend we begin meeting weekly as this supports both the creation of new lifestyle routines, habits and behaviors. Eventually we shift to every other week. Once you are in a place where you are practicing Ayurveda with more ease and confidence, we can schedule remaining sessions as needed.

Yes, these can be customized based on your needs. The only requisite is that payment is due prior to our session.

All sessions must be used within a year of purchase date. Reason being, your vikruti or imbalance could change drastically if you come back several years later, and it would require us to re-evualuate where we are starting from, what your present day health goals are and more.

All visits subject to 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made in less than 24 hrs will be charged as the price of the visit.

All packages are virtual. After we have established a relationship and have a clear view of your healing journey, there is potential to create a personalized 3 day Ayurvedic weekend retreat which includes personalized meals, counseling sessions, Ayurvedic yoga therapy, and guided meditation, sound therapy. Depending on client needs, I also bring in additional bodyworkers for Ayurvedic treatments.
