Brands I support
Conscious consumption is an integral part to how I live. Through small acts and deliberate choice, I do my best to live the guiding principle of ‘ahimsa,’ non-violence. In a world built on consumption, I constantly ask myself: how can I bring mindfulness, care for humans, the earth, and integrity into the ways I participate? Underlying these questions is the understanding that to liberate myself from internalized beliefs of ‘more’ and pursuit of ‘enough’; the work happens from within the system. So when brands approach me to partner or affiliate, I am discerning. Pillars of reciprocity, spreading good, giving back and elevating humanity are what I keep an eye out for.
Below are brands I have intentionally used for a long time. They have invited me to collaborate as an Ambassador and have provided discounts for my community. In return, they offer me a small commission as a form of thanks. To communicate this transparency is important to me. These brands have been vetted, admired, supported. I love their products, and I hope you enjoy them too.

Banyan Botanicals
Banyan Botanicals offers a wealth of Ayurvedic products including herbal supplements, ritual items, skincare and more. Their Insight Blog is also are an incredible resource learning about Ayurveda - many of the contributors are Ayurvedic practitioners I’ve trained with and know personally. I’ve been using their products since the dawn of my own Ayurvedic training and integrate them not only in the courses I teach, the retreats I offer, but also in my daily life.
My favorite Products: Chyavanprash, Tridoshic Massage Oil, Beauty Balm & the Daily Swish

Paavani Ayurveda
PAAVANI Ayurveda is an artisan line of small-batch, pure, organic health & skincare products formulated in Northern California. I met the cofounders Trudy and Leah while living in Nevada City. We actually all went through the same Ayurvedic training program at California College of Ayurveda. Since then, I’ve included Paavani products in my courses, my retreats and daily rituals.
Why I love Paavani Ayurveda: Besides being womxn-owned and sharing a similar path in Ayurveda (the founders Leah and Trudy also went through the same Ayurvedic education program I did), I love the integrity of their ingredients. “Paavani” is the Sanskrit word for “purity,” and they commit to standards of quality and sustainability that I hope all brands incorporate. Furthermore, they incorporate ahimsa, intention and gratitude into their medicine making practices. You can read more about their story here.
My favorite Products: Golden Milk, the Aromatherapy Ritual (especially the Tridoshic Spritzer).
