A mindfulness practice perfect for when the mind is lost in spiraling thoughts, running wild or overthinking. This guided body scan is intended to bring you out of your head and back into being, present in your body and to a place of inner steadiness.
Set up: Sit on a blanket, cushion or chair. Let the spine be straight, with its natural curves.
