Lakshmi Rising 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Your 21-day, in-person yoga teacher training in Mallorca, Spain offers the time and space to step fully into the study and practice of yoga within the peaceful rhythm of Mediterranean island life.
Rooted in the living wisdom of yoga and informed by modern science, our integrative curriculum brings together vinyasa, yoga philosophy, anatomy, somatic movement, nervous system regulation, meditation, breathwork, and the practical skills of teaching. A holistic, trauma-informed approach is woven throughout, supporting greater awareness, choice, and responsiveness in both personal practice and teaching.
Over the course of three weeks, you’ll deepen your personal practice while developing a more embodied understanding of the body, mind, and nervous system. Through daily practice, experiential learning, self-inquiry, and hands-on teaching experience, you’ll build the skills to teach with greater clarity, confidence, and awareness.
Set in the Mallorcan countryside and surrounded by nature, this residential, Yoga Alliance–accredited 200-hour training creates space to step away from your usual routines and become fully engaged in learning, practice, community, and personal growth.
Whether your intention is to become a yoga teacher or to deepen your own relationship with yoga, this training offers a comprehensive foundation for integrating the practice more fully into the way you teach and live.

Mallorca Spain
For the duration of your 200-hour yoga teacher training in Mallorca, you’ll stay at Ayurvila, a peaceful wellness finca surrounded by nature in the Mallorcan countryside.
Located between Manacor and Porto Cristo on the eastern side of the island, the property offers a quiet setting for three weeks of practice, study, and community, while keeping you connected to the beaches, villages, and Mediterranean landscapes that make Mallorca so distinctive.
The finca is designed around rest and wellbeing, with peaceful outdoor spaces, natural surroundings, and a swimming pool that offers a welcome place to relax between classes and during time off.
Living and practicing together on-site is an important part of the 21-day experience. Rather than moving between accommodation and a separate yoga school each day, your training becomes part of the rhythm of daily life, with space for focused study, shared meals, connection, and rest.
