Lakshmi Rising School for Yoga and Wellness 200 & 300 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is an awareness-based practice that includes fluid, dynamic asana, kriya, pranayama, mantra, meditation, dance, wellness, self-care, and ritual for optimal health and personal growth.
