Join for an afternoon of ritual renewal, meditation & intention setting to reawaken and inspire your wellbeing. In this workshop, we will explore the ancient practice of subtle body healing and conscious creation in the state of Yoga Nidra. 

Yoga Nidra translates to ‘Yogic Sleep’ yet in this state we enter a place of wakeful presence and pure potential. It invites you into a deep place of relaxation that fosters an environment ripe for renewal and transformation. Through meditative inquiry, relaxation and visualization, we not only connect to the innate healing wisdom of our bodies but we tap into our essential nature and discovery pathways to co-create with reality. 

Spring holds the energy of nourishing new beginnings. This practice encourages us to release the dormancy of winter, and welcome the vitality of season. Through a heart-led intention or “Sankalpa” we sow the seeds for what we call into being. 

Research reveals that Yoga Nidra improves stress resilience, supports nervous system regulation, improves sleep and enhances creativity. 


Our practice will include

  • A brief introduction to yoga nidra 

  • Intention setting ritual for Springtime & optional: journaling

  • Gentle movement & breathwork for lymphatic and nervous system support

  • Guided yoga nidra session with sound bath


Our Yoga Nidra session includes journaling, gentle movement, breathwork and the vibrational sounds of Himalayan singing bowls. Let this be an invitation to rest, restore and rebalance.



Eligible for 2 hrs Yoga Alliance CE with submission of reflection assignment.

About your guide: 
Gaby Colletta, E-RYT 500, YACEP, AHC

Gaby is a Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Counselor and Somatic Therapist with over 15 years of practice in integrative wellness and healing arts. She facilitates nature-based retreats, guides mind-body courses and coaches individuals on how to create an ecosystem of internal resources that increase resilience and unveil intrinsic potential. Her teachings weave together Ancient traditions of Ayurveda, Tibetan Buddhism and Tantra, alongside modern-day neuroscience, somatic psychology and Earth wisdom. Gaby guides womxn’s circles and intentional collaborations committed to cultivating spaces of vulnerability, discovery, authentic expression and liberation. Through the tapestry of mind-body practices, Gaby shares tools for deeper intimacy and understanding one’s intuitive abilities, mental power and pathways to freedom. 

Gaby holds a Masters in Integral Counseling Psychology from CIIS and a B.A. in Media, Culture and Communications from New York University. She received her Ayurvedic training at the California College of Ayurveda with additional study under Dr. Lad and Dr. Svoboda. Gaby is faculty of the Lakshmi Rising School of Yoga and Wellness and co-founder of ClimbWell, an organization devoted to exploring the intersection of rock climbing, mindfulness and personal development.
