This class was jam packed with the perfect combination of teachings, planting seeds for motivating the development of a mindfulness and meditation practice at home, and also resources for continued learning. The variety of materials (readings, podcasts, ted talks, meditation journals, books, journal prompts and exercises) were robust and spot on. I would highly recommend this class for anyone looking to get started with mindfulness and meditation. And Gaby is an incredible teacher, her passion and knowledge of the topic is palpable!

“Gaby is an amazing instructor and very responsive to your needs. While her content is comprehensive and thorough, she also recognizes you as a unique individual. Through her "Intro to Mindfulness and Meditation" course, I was able to gain a strong foundation on the benefits and types of meditation, which has allowed me to develop my own daily practice. I love that she also provides supplemental materials that dive deeper into each concept she introduces and provide a variety of perspectives beyond her own. Something I loved even more was how she presented the various angles of mindfulness through different belief systems and scientific research.
