AYURVEDA & ASANA | Vata Season

Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old system of natural healing and the sister science to the ancient practice of yoga. These two work in tandem to help an individual achieve health and happiness in mind, body and spirit. As we are a part of nature, we have the power to cultivate an intuitive relationship with the cycles of the seasons and live in greater resonance with the subtle energies that surround us.

Join Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist and Health Counselor Gaby Colletta for an afternoon exploration into the rituals and self-care practices for Autumn months, known as Vata season. Reconnect with your innate healing wisdom. Discover how to align your asana with the season. Learn practical tips to integrate your daily rhythms with the cycles of nature.
