Exploration of the 5 Great Elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether
An overview of Vata Dosha
Common imbalances that may arise during Vata season
A multi-sensory approach to balancing excess Vata {anxiety, instability, stress}
Pranayama or breathwork to calm Vata
Grounding asanas to feel steady and strong
Tips on diet, lifestyle, daily rituals to feel healthy and balanced
