International Climber's Festival

  • Lander, Wyoming USA (map)

The International Climbers’ Festival is all about celebrating the community of climbing. When they come together at City Park and Wild Iris each year for traditions old and new, it’s a reminder of just how awesome this global climbing community is. ICF can celebrate our differences and similarities, strengths and struggles, and be reminded that we all share a common love. ICF is unique because it is the longest-running climbers’ festival in the world and has stayed true to its grassroots origins. Join for a weekend of many clinics, workshops and activities.

Gaby Colletta will be offering Morning Yoga For Climbers Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Yoga is a powerful practice that improves body awareness, increases strength and mobility, supports injury prevention and builds mental resilience. Begin your day with a 50-minute class designed to support climbers on and off the rock. Each class includes a blend of alignment-based poses, breathwork and mindfulness to cultivate balance and greater energy. Learn simple, yet effective postures that can be integrated into your own personal practice to enhance climbing performance and cultivate longevity in the sport we love. Modifications are offered for all levels.
