The Ancient self-healing science of Ayurveda teaches that when we align with the rhythms of Nature, we move through seasons of life with greater vitality, health and wholeness. Together we’ll explore seasonal wellness practices to cultivate greater balance during Autumn. Discover diet, daily rituals and sensory therapies that support mind-body resilience and nourish immunity boosting Ojas.
This workshop is part lecture, part embodied experience through yoga asana, breathwork and meditation. Consider this an invitation to reconnect to your inherent healing wisdom and nourish your whole being.
