Mandala Vinyasa | Presence in Process

53 MINUTE | VINYASA | ALL LEVELS

A Flow for Presence, Play & Spontaneity

A practice to invite yourself into the present moment. In our world there can be a tendency to strive to the next thing or over attach to expectations or results. This mandala circular style yoga flow invites you to drop into being in process and presence, paying artful attention to the space between poses, the creative transitions and the ability to welcome surprise when we are fully in the here and now.

What to expect: A mandala flow, moving in a circle on your mat with shoulder and hip opening including: warrior 2, skandasana, tree, figure 4, and some funky arm balance variations! All working towards Garudasana - eagle pose and cross leg bakasana - crow pose!

Suggested Props: Two bricks one at each short end of mat.
